Shoreline Plaza

Shoreline Gateway is now considered Long Beach’s new signature address. This new development boast’s the⁠⁠ tallest rooftop pool and spa on the West Coast, offering unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean and⁠⁠ redefining high-rise coastal living. Working with Corten Studio’s project and design team RELM STUDIO has designed the street-level plaza and 3rd-floor terrace. Stunning bespoke Corten Studio planters with integrated seating have been installed occupying the 10,000⁠⁠ square foot plaza while potted Olive trees frame views of Long Beach’s distinctive coastal skyline.⁠⁠ This has made for a fantastic outdoor space for the community to lounge, collaborate, and enjoy the gorgeous Southern Californian weather.
